Sanady — For Families

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using the Sanady app ("Service"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Sanady is a family-focused app designed to support parents and guardians in tracking and supporting the development of children with special needs. The Service provides assessment tools, AI-assisted intervention plans, progress tracking, and communication features with linked specialist centres.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

4. Parent and Guardian Responsibility

As the account holder, you are responsible for ensuring that any information you enter about a child is accurate and that you have the right to store and process that information. You are responsible for supervising any child's interaction with content generated through the Service.

5. Not a Medical Service

Sanady is a productivity and tracking tool, not a medical service. AI-generated intervention plans and assessments are provided for informational and planning purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional diagnosis, therapy, or medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical decisions.

6. Linking to a Specialist Centre

You may choose to link your account to a specialist clinic by entering a join code provided by the clinic. By linking, you consent to the clinic's staff viewing relevant progress data for your child. You may unlink from a centre at any time through the app settings.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
Enter false or misleading information about yourself or your child
Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
Use the Service in any way that could harm, disable, or impair it

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by Sanady and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Service without prior written permission.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sanady shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar, including Law No. (13) of 2016 Concerning the Protection of Personal Data. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Qatar.
